Lost & Found Policy
1. General Policy
We are happy to assist with lost items; however, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
2. Found Items
All items found in the café will be:
- Logged with date, time, and description
- Stored in a designated secure area
3. Claiming an Item
To retrieve a lost item, customers must:
- Provide a clear description of the item
- Confirm identifying details
For valuable items, ID may be required.
4. Storage Period
- General items: 14 days
- Valuables (wallets, phones, keys): 30 days
Unclaimed items will be donated or discarded after the holding period.
5. Restricted Items
The following items will not be kept:
- Food or beverages
- Perishable or unsanitary items
6. Staff Guidelines
- All found items must be handed to a manager immediately
- Items must not be kept personally by staff
- Only authorized staff may access stored items
