Coffee Classes

At C Market Coffee, our passionate team is eager to share their expertise and love for coffee through an engaging coffee course. We offer our classes in English, Korean & Mandarin.

Please note that our group classes are intended for participants who are joining together as a group, and not open to individuals from separate parties.

Basic Latte Art Class

An introduction, no experience required course that teaches you the fundamentals of tools, ingredients and techniques for pourings. Includes a practice session for pouring a perfect heart, tulip, and rosetta latte art.

Must have Basic Latte Art as a pre-requisite first.

General Barista Class

Fundamentals of crafting a perfect cup of coffee. Includes learning about the grinder and espresso machine. Teaches techniques for distribution and tamping that include pulling a shot, grinder calibration, dosing, and espresso extraction. Then, topping it off with milk steaming techniques as well as basic latte art.

FAQ
  • How do I book the class? : We offer flexible class schedules, please kindly let us know your ideal date & time in the inquiry form above.
  • Where is the class taught? : Training Room at our Port Coquitlam location. 
  • What do I need to bring? : All equipments are provided. Just wear dark-coloured clothes  to avoid coffee stains.
  • How many people can attend? : A minimum of 2 students and a maximum of 4 per session. 

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations will incur a 5% processing and administration fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Arriving late more than 15 minutes will not extend the class time. Session will be cancelled, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered for late arrivals more than 30 munutes.
