After sharing the news last year with Dished, C Market Coffee is gearing up to open what will be not only its first Vancouver location but also the largest cafe in the city.
Spanning over 5,000 sq. ft., the new location will feature what the cafe is calling a “design-forward environment created to serve as both a culinary destination and a community gathering space.”
The cafe said that it aims to be a cultural and culinary hub, offering a thoughtfully crafted space where specialty coffee, elevated cafe dining, and modern Korean-inspired cafe culture come together under one roof. Located at 195 E. 36th Ave., C Market Coffee Vancouver is right on the cusp of Queen Elizabeth Park and a quick 10-minute walk from Nat Bailey Stadium. Guests can expect a spacious, Brutalist-inspired cafe environment, a signature specialty coffee program, a full kitchen menu, and convenient on-site free parking for guests.
“Our flagship represents a new chapter for C Market Coffee,” said Brigette Hyun,
founder of C Market Coffee.”We wanted to create a space that feels welcoming yet elevated — a place where people can gather, connect, and experience thoughtful hospitality at scale.”

C Market Coffee is a Vancouver-based, Korean-inspired cafe brand that operates numerous locations in Metro Vancouver, such as in Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, and Coquitlam. This new location will be its first in Vancouver.
On the menu, you can find a selection of high-quality cafe favourites alongside specialty drinks like its Blueberry Cheesecake Cold Brew available at its Port Coquitlam location. It also serves brunch and lunch offerings like sandwiches, paninis, and bulgogi bowls.
