Set to open in December 2025 or early 2026, C Market Coffee's new flagship will be the brand’s fourth and biggest location yet. Founder and CEO Bridgette Hyun is finally bringing C Market Coffee to Vancouver with what’s expected to be the city’s largest café— spanning over 5,000 sq. ft with seating for more than 150 guests.
