On Saturday, August 9th, 2025, we were honored to participate in the BC Dumpling Festival at Town Centre Park, Coquitlam. The festival was a vibrant celebration of culinary diversity, cultural exchange, and community spirit, and we were delighted to present a curated menu of both signature and festival-exclusive offerings.

For this occasion, we presented our Long-Stick Mandu, created exclusively for the festival. These Korean dumplings were prepared entirely in-house, filled with a savory, seasoned meat blend, and served with a choice of two distinctive sauces:
- House-made Soy Garlic Sauce – rich, aromatic, and delicately balanced.
- Spicy Yangnyeom Sauce – bold, tangy, and subtly piquant.

In addition to our featured dish, we offered a range of seasonal refreshments and desserts, including:
- Hwachae – a traditional Korean fruit punch with fresh watermelon.
- Strawberry Can Cake – light, layered, and berry-infused.

The event was a valuable opportunity to share our culinary craft with both new and returning guests. We extend our appreciation to all who visited our booth and look forward to participating in future community celebrations.
