You’re entitled to a 30-minute unpaid break after 5 consecutive hours of work. Do not work if experiencing coughing, vomiting, or diarrhea. Remain off duty for 48–72 hours. Inform Fraser Health if you suspect a communicable disease. Update your manager with any changes to address or emergency contact.
